What we are hired for

Four assignments, one standard

Senior teams do not buy translation. They buy the certainty that a board meeting, a due diligence or a signing will not stall, leak or be misunderstood.

01

Executive & escort interpreting

One interpreter for the whole itinerary — meetings, plant visits, dinners, negotiations, press. The same person carries your terminology and your context from the first appointment to the last, in Brazil or abroad.

02

Board, roadshow & conference interpreting

Simultaneous interpreting for board meetings, investor roadshows, due diligence sessions and multilingual conferences — on site with our own equipment, or remotely over Zoom, Teams and Webex.

03

Confidential document translation

Contracts, regulatory filings, technical dossiers and legal documents — handled under NDA by named linguists, with terminology kept consistent across every version of the deal.

Delegations & official missions

Trade missions, government delegations and international competitions. STIB was the official interpreting team for Brazil's delegation at four editions of WorldSkills, on three continents.

Our track record
On the ground

Brazil is where we started. It is not where we stop.

Our headquarters and our history are Brazilian. Our coverage is not: we field professional interpreters and simultaneous interpreting equipment in Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Campinas, our own equipment in three United States cities, and we run remote simultaneous interpreting anywhere there is a connection.

Straight answers

Questions executives ask us first

Does STIB provide interpreters outside Brazil?

Yes. STIB has professional interpreters and simultaneous interpreting equipment on the ground in New York, Miami and Los Angeles, in addition to its São Paulo headquarters and Brasília office. Remote simultaneous interpreting is delivered worldwide over Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex.

What is an executive interpreter?

An executive interpreter travels with a senior leader through an entire itinerary — meetings, site visits, dinners, negotiations and press — instead of covering a single session. The same interpreter carries the terminology, the context and the confidentiality across every appointment of the trip.

How far in advance should an interpreter be booked for an international trip?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a multi-day executive itinerary, because it allows time for interpreter matching, NDA signature and preparation from your materials. Short-notice assignments are accepted subject to availability, and remote sessions can often be arranged within days.

Are STIB interpreters bound by confidentiality?

Yes. Interpreters and translators assigned to a project work under a non-disclosure agreement, and STIB will sign the client's own NDA when required. Named linguists are assigned to confidential documents, and files are shared only with the people working on the assignment.
