STIB. Executive Interpreting
São Paulo

São Paulo is where STIB started, and where most of it still happens.

Brazil's financial and corporate capital, and the location of our headquarters on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima. On-site interpreting here does not involve travel planning — it involves choosing the right interpreter for the room.

Local context

What drives language work in São Paulo

Why assignments here look the way they do.

The financial corridor

B3, Brazil's stock exchange, and the largest concentration of multinational head offices in the country sit within a few kilometres of each other. Most investor meetings, board sessions and due diligence work in Brazil happen inside that corridor.

The events capital

São Paulo hosts the densest calendar of business conferences, trade fairs and corporate events in Latin America, which is where most multi-language simultaneous setups are needed.

Industry on the edges

The metropolitan region and the interior of the state carry manufacturing, pharmaceutical and logistics operations, which is where plant visits and technical audits take place.

São Paulo: questions we are asked

Does STIB have an office in São Paulo?

Yes. São Paulo is STIB's headquarters, at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1572, Sala 1022, in Jardim Paulistano. The company was founded here in 2007.

Can you provide simultaneous interpreting equipment in São Paulo?

Yes, including booths, transmitters and receivers for conferences, and portable systems for smaller or mobile settings. The specification depends on room size, number of languages and whether the session is streamed.

How quickly can an interpreter be arranged in São Paulo?

Single meetings can often be arranged within days, subject to interpreter availability. Multi-day or multilingual programmes are more comfortable with two to three weeks' notice, because interpreters and equipment are reserved together.

Do you interpret at events outside the city centre?

Yes — the metropolitan region and the interior of the state are covered, including plant and facility visits, where interpreting is mobile and consecutive rather than delivered from a booth.

Tell us what is on the table.

The documents, the meeting, the dates and the languages. You get a scoped proposal from the team that will run the assignment.
